One thing I really admire about you guys is you all stayed so positive throughout the whole thing, even though things didn't go according to plan. The parents didn't get annoyed, and the kids didn't throw any tantrums. I've watched all of your HK videos, and your kids are so well behaved and well mannered, always cool to go with the flow, never complain (or maybe those moments aren't included in the videos?😅). You're raising them well, and I'm sure they will grow up to be well-adjusted adults 👍 @22:30 such a sweet moment when your kids waved to the child on the bridge who just shot them with the water cannon 😂

so I'm half way through the video and as I'm commenting you found the water park section 😂 but Ocean Park itself is a competent competitor of Disneyland HK, founded as a Ocean conservatory focused theme park, aimed at educating the local population about the ocean and all its wonders, hence the aquarium and ocean theatre. They pivoted into a SeaWorld/Six Flags mix park, adding the highlands back around the 90s. The water world part is a recent addition, and usually operates as a separate entity needing its own tickets. Hope you guys had fun anyways and visit again when the kids are old enough for more rides ☺️ (P. s. Ocean Park hosts an annual Halloween themed special events with extra haunted bits scattered throughout the park, definitely could be something to potentially time a trip for)

Your video is very funny😁, I’m from Hong Kong.Ocean park is different from Water park, the Ocean park is the theme park of Aquarium and other Amusement rides. Anyway, I hope your family and you can enjoy those parks 👍🏼
Water World with all the water slides etc is indeed under the Ocean Park umbrella name however it has a completely different entrance and you need to buy a separate entry ticket for it from the Ocean Park complex that you guys were at. Essentially, Water World is (for want of a better expression) "next door". It's kinda like Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo Disney Sea. Two completely different parks but within the same area.
If you do go back, you must take the gondolas instead of the ocean express. It will give you a breathtaking view of the Southside of Hong Kong island! And it was the original way to travel between the entrance and “the summit”. There are also a few more aquarium up there near the rides and one was the old grand aquarium turned sharks encounters and they themed it to the Tai O fishing village(also a must see in Hong Kong imo!) and is quite awesome!
It’s a bummer that you guys didn’t get to experience the water slides part of the park. It’s relatively new and would have been so much fun for the kids. Hope you and your family will get to visit again soon!

Ocean park is an amusement park which you can see different animals and sea animals, many exciting amusement rides. I think you missed to visit Panda Pavilion and Aquarium which is amazing. The water park is on the other side. And you need to buy another tickets. I think the hotel package is either choose ocean park or water park. But I like ocean park more than water park. Because the water park is very small.
