- Got to love how fun this bike is! I get to work fast, if not even faster than my car. Love lane splitting and going between traffic and all the people you trip out doing 50+ mph pedaling in the bike lane being completely silent. This is how the super73 should be. Hey Jonathan, don't you want dual motors on your Super 73 RX? I watched all your videos on your Super 73 build. I ordered a Super 73 Mojave, but would be cool to order your 30ah 5000w kit but also have dual motors too! Nice, build but can you go off-roading on your Super 73 with your 72V system?

I been looking at e bikes for a while specially since gas has sky rocketed I finally just broke down and got me a conversion kit 36 volt 14 ah kit just to try it out and laterI want to get a super 73 next but got this kit till I get the money saved up for it and the battery upgrades. Thanks to you I am hooked now. Now the wife wants one. now I use to travel all over the country in my younger days I rode surly long haul truckers with 4 panniers. I am now 49 not in real bad health had throat cancer a diabetic and around 160 weight wise. I am seriously concidering giving up the car it has over 285,000 miles and a lot wrong with it.
I would still keep a car just in case you need to haul around or pick up anything because with an E bike you can’t really go very far places or do a lot of grocery shopping. And I’m hooked to Brother. To fun and it’s like 1cent a mile basically.
@@MrCentralDriver yes I might but the ole lady bought a trailer for her bike but you are right might need it specially for winter time here it does not snow very much but it does get cold on occation And yes the ole lady is hooked also.

good question. both are 8000w. both have a total of 100a from the controller. the super73 is 120-130lbs. the scooter is 141lbs. Has less wheel resistance but i think it will have more torque then the super73. id say scooter

How fast are you going with this 5000 watt kit? I'm still debating if I should get the 3000 watt or 5000 watt kit.

I ended up using these tires too after seeing the video. You don't need to change anything besides the tires themselves. Can use the same tubes and rim etc. Just know you order two of these (same size) When you put them on you definitely need some good tire leavers so probably order a reinforced pair with plastic coating so you don't scratch the rim. The front tire will be tighter to get on than the back.(4.5?) The air in the tube will inflate the back tire to the rim width (5in) so as you start to fill it, it won't matter a whole lot. Take little breaks and shimmy the tire around to make sure the tire is centered all the way around on both sides. Like he mentioned, airing and centering is way easier when the tires are off bike. Two things I noticed is these are a bit heavier than the stock tires (they're thicker and more flat resistant too), they don't have a prominent bead like the stock either. Them being heavier doesn't affect top speed-Just maybe might add a few seconds to take off time/ torque since they add some weight. (I also added a bunch of upgrades which added to weight lol-as a side note I don't have the 72v upgrade on mine)
