Ugh I remember my Bible thumping mom being obsessed with this when I was around 8-9. It’s a good thing a grew up with Prince of Egypt even if it technically didn’t come out during my time.

I think I found this funny because I'm an amateur zoologist, and I probably would've made the same joke had I saw that scene in this movie.

Don’t forget that the Bible had fishing as a food resource and raising sheep for wool (it’s not meat through but still).
Even then, the Bible can be confusing sometimes because of how many times it has been altered. The pure and plain truth will always be a mystery.
Enjoyed the review, but quick correction: Professor Radison wasn't at risk of losing his job because she's a Christian and he's an atheist, he was at risk of losing his job because she was his student when they started dating

This movie is infuriating for me on a very personal level. I am not a Christian, I do not believe in the Judeo-Christian god and I have my own beliefs on the matter. Pureflix, and those like them, paint a very false and biased picture of religion. Christians are pure-hearted and atheists are cruel cynics. If you don't believe in God, you're automatically a terrible person. If you believe in something other than the Christian god, you're a terrible person. There are bad Christians just as there are good Atheists; religion isn't the only factor in what determines a good or bad person. The movie doesn't even get how atheism works since Radisson is supposedly an atheist but is actually closer to being agnostic. Many Christians have this messiah complex where they think non-believers are poor, miserable wretches in need of enlightenment and it's their mission to help "save" them. It's a dangerous mindset that this movie, and others like it, are pushing onto people, especially impressionable children.

These are all movies that like Family Guy (let alone Not All Dogs Go to Heaven), think Nazis, world owners and other slave masters are better than every atheist in the world. It’s sick and can even make people feel suicidal!

I’d say it’s my guilty pleasure. I feel like it has a hard time trying to execute a good message and it ends up executed very poorly. But it is a movie I do come across every once and a while

As a Christian person myself I feel absolutely insulted by this movie like seriously what do the people behind this movie have against atheists anyway is important to realize that rather you're a Christian or atheists we are still good people nobody is evil even if they don't believe in God either way this movie is insulting do both Christians and atheists and I hope that I'll never ever ever see it again and thank you for this review buddy Rock on

Actually, if I remember correctly, I don’t think Radisson would’ve lost his job because he was dating a Christian, but because that woman was apparently one of his students. So therefore the mention of him risking his job was because he was dating a student, especially one he taught. Not because she’s Christian. I think. I could be wrong.

This film is an unintentional comedy, in addition to being a hate-filled mess that subscribes to the mentality that Christians in America are persecuted (which they aren't).

You know what would have been good writing? If rather than read it from the Bible himself. Josh saw the interview and heard the duck dynasty guy say the verse he needed to hear.
But that would have been suggesting that Christians should watch atheist podcasts. We can't have that.
But there are so many nuances to evolution as well! Sure, there’s the usual way, but sometimes there’s trades, stones, held items, specific moves, friendship… holding the 3DS upside down…
And yeah. The ending is just terrible.
