I use to make sure I had supplies for the winter months, start taking two weeks before the clocks go back; and for two weeks after the clocks go forward. Do a medicine measure in a mug teaspoon add hot boiled water, have it as a drink about one hour before evening meal, or main cooked meal of day, you'll be able to feel it warm all your upper diaphragm, spelling mistake there. After about 3, weeks of taking it you'll start to feel a bit brighter; and sparkler " it's good for you.
I switched off, it started off well but then it was the experts stood around the car it was a tough watch..

Enjoyed watching it tonight really did and again hearing your facts, thoughts and opinions you did great honestly. Glad certain people were not involved and I now have a lot more questions about all of this regarding who did it that I never thought of before. Everytime you talk it always seems to shed new lights on it all although I can imagine it's hard having to re-live it all the time mate. The doc has left a hell of a lot of open questions about the whole case now!

Going to be watching Saturday. The whole thing is fascinating. More how it's all the stories are interlinked. The whole firm seemed to be stacked like a house of cards, and any of them removed, could cause the collapse (aka the end result in rettendon). Gave it a watch Carlton - my opinion on this documentary is the ending always starts with the beginning….. how it begun & got viral/grew rapidly … whilst what made the police upset at the same time (🤩)…. and I will just leave it as that.
Must've watched Rise of the footsolider 20 times as a kid, I read all the books (Apart from carltons). It's all the most insane story. Just watching the Sky doc right now almost finished it, it's good... you come across well.
Thought the documentary was amazing and you did you and your mate proud!! , IDK enough but surely Leah’s dad being in the area and the farmer saying it was 5 hours after, surely his alibi is done?? I just hope everyone gets peace. And again thought the documentary was very well made
