Making little ceramic serving dishes | ASMR | ظرفهای کوچک سرو سرامیکی با نقاشی زیرلعابی

In this video, I will show you how to make these small ceramic dishes. First, I cut the slab randomly without measuring and give them a shape, after bone dry and bisque firing, now it’s time for underglaze painting. I use my favorite design, which is house and tree. After glazing and glaze firing kiln, our work is ready. There are some other dishes at the end of the video. Hope you enjoy.

در این ویدیو نحوه درست کردن این ظروف سرو کوچک رو بهتون نشون میدم، ابتدا روی گل اسلب با کاتر برش میزنم به صورت رندوم و بدون اندازه گیری و به آنها شکل میدم، بعد آنها رو ابرکشی کرده و پس از چندروز که کاملا خشک شد داخل کوره با دمای ۱۰۰۰ درجه بیسکوییت میکنم. حالا نوبت نقاشی زیرلعابی هست من از طرح مورد علاقه م که خانه و درخت هست استفاده میکنم و نقاشی میکنم. بعد از این ظرفم رو با لعاب ترانس لعاب میزنم و با دمای ۱۰۷۰ در کوره پخت میکنم. کار آماده ست. در آخر ویدئو چندتا طرح دیگه هستند، امیدوارم خوشتون بیاد

How many days does the clay take to dry before first klin?

According to the thickness and size of the pot and type of the clay, it takes from two days to one week.

How long did you wait after cutting the clay before shaping it into a plate?

Not so soft that it does not form and not so hard that it cracks, it depends on the type of clay and the humidity and temperature of the room. For me about 3 to 8 minutes after cutting.
