- Ingredients:-
Rice 1 1/2 cup 250grm
-Jaggery-1cup150grm
-Fenugreek-1/4 table spoon
-1/2 cup grated coconut
-1/2 cup papper poha
-Wash and soak rice and Fenugreek 2hr in water.
-After 2hr grind them (fine paste)with coconut, poha and Jaggery and salt(add reqired water)
-Pour them to bowl and add elachi and jeera mix well(1 to 2 min).
-Fry them in hot ghee as shown in video.
