Seeme Badane Kootu | ಸೀಮೆ ಬದನೆ ಕೂಟು | Chayote Gravy Recipe #chayoterecipe #kooturecipes #kootucurry
Ingredients:-
-2 chayote(seeme badane)
-1 tomato
-1/2 cup moong daal
-1/2 grated coconut
Steps:-
-Wash peel the seeme badane skin.cut into small pieces, cut small pieces tomato also.
-Prepare seasoning (oil,mustard, cumin, greenchilly,curry leaves)add tomato pieces and fry.
-In a bowl take 1/2 cup of washed moong daal add pieces of seeme badane ,turmeric, seasoning (prepared earlier) add water and let them boil well in cooker.
-Preparing Masala
-Fry 1spoon urdu daal,1spoon Coriander seeds,4red chilly,5 pepper fry them in coconut oil.
-Let them cool.In a mixy jar add grated coconut and fried masalas,and small piece tamarind and
needed water grind in to smooth paste.

    1) Bitter gourd chutney Soak one sliced bitter gourd in salted water(10 min) Fry red chilly,1/4 spoon Fenugreek seeds,2 spoon urad dal,11/2 spoon black sesame and 1cup grated coconut Keep aside let it cool Next add oil and bitter gourd (squeeze out water)fry until color changing (must important).Add both fried ingredients to mixy jar ,then Tamarind, jaggery, salt and grind well.serve with hot rice 2)orange peel gojju Take orange peel and cut in to small pieces. Then fry with oil atleast 5min(colour changing must imp) Add Grated coconut also keep aside let it cool Next fry chilly,mustard, urad dal,curry leaves Next take a mixy jar and pour fried masala and fried orange peel and fried coconut add jagary , tamarind and salt grind well Take a pan add ghee and mustard and grinded masala fry well three min now orange peel gojju is ready serve with hot meals

    2 1/2 table spoon Fenugreek seed soaked 3hour 21/2 cup idli rava(350 grm) 1cup grated coconut 1cup paper poha 1cup grated jaggery 3/4 spoon Turmeric powder Grind soaked Fenugreek . Grind coconut,jaggery and poha(both smooth paste).Mix both grinded paste with cleaned idli rava.Add turmeric and salt mix well.keep aside for 8hr. Latter pour to idli bowl and steam them for 45 min. 4 members measurement.

    Ingredients 1.5 cup fox tail Millet 1.5 cup dosa rice(both soked for 2 hour) 1cup paper poha 2 cucumber Few coconut pieces Grind all of them .No need to add water. Add salt. Divide the batter. One for sweet dosa and another for plain dosa. Add 1 cup Jaggery powder to 1 half of batter, Now sweet fox tail cucumber dosa batter ready.Another half for plain dosa. Immediately make dosa and serve hot.

    Ingredients Chopped vegetables Chopped tomato and onion 3cup basnati rice (wash&soked 30 min) Oil and ghee Spices( 2elachi ,dalchini, cloves, palvu leaf) Prepare 2 type masala 1)Garlic, 2green chilly, 2 red chilly, ginger, Coriander and mint leaves grind with few water 2)Half cup curd, 1spoon Coriander powder, jeera powder ,1spoon garam masala, 2spoon biriyani powder wix well Take a vessel add ghee and oil prepare seasoning. Add onion fry until change the color, add tomato and spices fry 3min.Now add 2 types masala (prepared earlier) mix .Later chopped veg and green peas.Now add 6glass water(double the quantity of rice)and salt .Then boil in high flame 4 min.Finally add soked basmati rice .Close the lid boil 10 min MEDIUM flame.After 10 min turn off gas..keep aside close the lid for 10 min (good result).After 10 min serve and enjoy.
