This is proof that reporting a stolen bike is pointless. This one is obviously stolen..but police don't check serial number to see if it has been reported stolen. And...they had Plenty of time to do it just waiting on him to move. This person should be arrested.
That was definitely a stolen Sondors bike worth about $800. He will abandon it when the battery dies. He should have been arrested when he threatened the Park Ranger.

The city is going to need to build 3 or 4 retainer walls to hide these people and just stop by and clean it once ever 3 months or so..they just keep coming back and the cleaning is never ending.
The officers are showing considerable patience. If any of these people were living with family, they wouldn't be allowed so much patience to be left alone to do nothing all day but take up space they don't own either. We ALL have responsibilities to where we are going to live. Period. Especially places other people have to use. The only living things that DON'T think that way, are animals.
Ok, so a little reality needs to be infused into the understanding of wats going on with Venice Beach. For decades other states have been bussing their homeless to cities in Southern California. Southern California has very temperate weather which is why other states pick there to bus their own homeless to. Texas, Arizona and the southern states are the most infamous for this nasty tactic. California doesn't pull this stunt which is why there is such a large homeless population.
What happened to the clean ups where they just ask the person what they are throwing away? This seemed like harrassment to people that don't have a home. I notice several Philippine women illegals lately that must have arrived for the American dream.
