Thank you Lynnda for your awesome video on 23001. It has helped me a great deal with getting my head around the ISO standard and in bringing my companies BCMP up to the mark! Its so good that I am going to use it as a training video for the steering group. I have added timestamps below to aide anyone else in navigating the session. I was a bit confused as I couldnt find the definitive break between C4 and C5 so I included them both in one timestamp below. Please let me know otherwise!
