The front grill you can cut out some small pieces of butyl rubber and push the grill into the receptacles (takes up the empty space) or mount in between the grill and mounting point.
Best RUclips “before and after vid on sound deadening effects on car panels and ear bleeds”! If you replace the front grille with mesh (cut away the rattling cross bars) .... tonne of RUclips videos on how to’s and I’d try and lay in some foam wrapping around towbar or remove towbar.... Thanks for posting and enjoy the vehicle customisation experience. It can be a life long hobby!! Tip: As an old fart with a lifetime of experience I’ve never once found girls/women any more conducive to sexual congress by wearing t-shirt, bumper stickers, tattoos (or any publicly visible means) that identifies you as a player or hopeful participant in tasting their genitalia or your proclivity to polish your own.....they don’t/won’t want to identify themselves as someone who would sexually engage with someone “like that”..... which is a shame because really you’re just being honest.
Awesome stuff currently doing my vr wagon in 80sq ft of car builders :) will be running 6x 15" re audio hand made sx pro's on a vibe reaper 10k , 6 120ah batts all knuconcepts cable and xxx mids + amps
Wow that made a hell of a difference man! I'll definately need to deaden my car with the new setup, I found tons of new rattles and there are heaps of air leaks around the car too which wouldn't help the numbers. Also while I am here, what was the song you played for the 146.5?
You could just put some silicone around that front plastic grille at the clips and it would stop vibrating, then just wack 2 extra screws in the bottom of your number plate with some rubber washers.
Cool, I got my TermLab the other day so I've been having a play, I peak ~37hz right now and I drop of hard below tuning thanks to all the leaks and panel flex. Once I have made a few tweaks music should be about even with you. It burps a few tenths higher @37hz than your 41hz burp. Windows up of course ;)
Yea...you prolly should be careful of that. Tinnitus sucks massive balls! I'm in my 40s and work as a sound designer on films...and was a massive gig goer when I was a youngin. Tinnitus is the bane & fear of my life...and it is primarily cause from listening to music/noise too loud :( deafness is shit...but hearing constant crickets/cicadas with no relief is sooooo much worse!!
Your excitement made me smile. Love it when a plan comes together!
Very good demonstration on how sound deadener can make a huge difference! Thx!
Sounds good man and there is a hell of a difference haha

Did you use all of the deadner or do you have some left?

You're gonna get tinnitus when you're older if you're listening to music like that a lot.
