There are no exact processes, most important your child's lesson must be fun and engaging. Generally you should show the apple, banana, orange... for a week, and introduce a totally new set of cards the following week.

At what age is it safe to show digital flash card to babies

It is safe to show digital flashcards to babies but make sure there is parental involvement. Research has been done by the Oxford University in partnership with Cardiff University and Cambridge University with regards to screen time. They discover that moderate use of screen time can have a positive effect on children's well being and mental health. www.ox.ac.uk/news/2019-10-22-moderate-use-screen-time-can-be-good-your-health-new-study-finds

I heard from a person to do flash cards 10 word cards and 25 picture cards 3 time a day and revision on 15 th day. After revision don't use the same cards. Is this method correct?

If you are following the right brain education method, you should do a minimum of 100 flashcards (words only or words/picture) or more per lesson. Lesson can be once a day OR you can split the lessons to 3 or more times a day. If you can do one a day, that will be good. But sometimes kids can be super active that you may have to split the lessons to 3 or even several times a day. Show the same flash cards for 1 week and then put the cards aside and move on to new flash cards.

How many times a day should the flash cards be shown to children?
How many days a set of cards be shown?
Is it possible to show different set of cards in one week, or we need to show a particular set continuously?

According to Glenn Doman, it should be 3 lessons a day. All the 3 lessons for the day are all different flash cards. Basically a group of different flash cards divided in to 3 lessons in a day. If your child is new to flash cards, perhaps you can start with 50 flash cards (math and picture/word cards) and move up to 100 to 200 or even more per day. But always remember to stop flashing before your child ask or get bored. My recommendation for picture/word cards and also math cards... to show the same set of cards for a week and then move on to intro new cards.
