Reality is I only post a portion of my trips. People do see and some places don’t allow cameras or people don’t want to be recorded. I just use phones and phone holders man nothing special. I use inshot to edit.
I did trade work before doing this and would probably go back to it. I agree that’s great work. but I wouldnt trade doing this for the world. I love traveling with my dog making money visiting friends and family and spending quality time with loved ones when back home. I don’t expedite but I am still in the cargo van business. I can dictate my schedule and I like where I’m at now. But I wouldn’t be here if I never expedited. Everyone has their own journey. Never know what decisions will take the next person to a better place.
I was talking to Expeditus yesterday and they said their insurance with a group policy was 60 dollars a week. One of the comments said that you pay 1600 a month. WTF.

If the numbers and your overhead aren’t too high, and have a financial cushion and have a connect with a way to get loads yes. But don’t just jump into it buy a van and think you’re going to take off. This industry has a 90% turnover rate for a reason. I almost got taken out the game myself

I have a ProMaster 2500 high roof that can hold 2 regular sized pallets with a bit of space left over. Can that be used for this type of work? I see everyone with Sprinters so just curious. I basically have 9.5' of cargo length and it's 54" between the wheels. 6'3" tall.

You’re looking at the small picture. I was in a entry level position with a great company that I still work with today as an owner operator clearing 2-3k a week after expenses. Sure back then when I did these videos it didn’t seem worth it to most people. Everyone wants instant gratification from things in life and don’t wanna put in the work, pay the dues needed to take it to the next level. I also have the RUclips money, as well as music that brings in money. So yes if you’re looking at the small picture it’s not worth it. But I was focused on my goals and not the one trip here and there that didn’t pay well.

Reliable information for what? I don’t know any business you can start and find “reliable” information on how to be successful. Usually if you want something bad enough you will find it if you’re really looking. Have you put a business plan together? Crunched the numbers? If you did that should tell you the bull of what you need to know. Maybe be a lil more specific on what you’re trying to find out and I can give you a better answer.

Dispatch service is illegal. You you want to know more about it, as me I’ll be happy to explain. Just get your authority and do it the correct way, you’ll gain the knowledge and you’ll be independent rather than relying on someone.
