Overall another superb presentation. But did you miss car maintenance and fuel ? Public transport expense when not having car, Entertainment allowance, any medical insurance or coverage, heating or air-conditioning etc.
On the funny note, one can live a kings life in Pakistan with that expense per month.
Hi! I mentioned that it only includes basic necessities and doesn't include entertainment expense. Medical is free but some insurances are deducted from salaries as mentioned. Heating comes under gas bill, air conditioning comes under electricity bill. We did miss car fuel and maintenance which is close to $100 with minimum travelling.

WoW, the expenses you showed total Cad $4750 for Two Persons are very high and you guys are doing extra ordinary expeneses.
Atleast you can cut down b/w $500 to $800 easily.

The expenses I have shown are the least/minimum which any family living here has to bear, or higher even.
I saw one of your video in which you are showing how much monthly grocery cost and you share your bill which was $226. So I'm bit confused now you are saying two people need 1k for a monthly grocery.
Hey! That particular grocery did not include the major things like flour, rice, sugar, oil, ghee, halal meat (beef, whole chicken which is used in biryani or karahi etc) or the toiletries, cleaning supplies. So if everything is included, the monthly expense gets close to $1k for 2 persons.

Hey, thanks! If you wish to claim points for both, then both will have to give IELTS and get ECA. But if score of 1 person is enough to get ITA, then it doesn't matter if the other spouse doesn't have IELTS etc.

Government only provides child care benefit ($500/month) but it decreases depending on your income, rent, other expenses, etc.
Employment insurance is provided only if you have worked certain amount of time here and the employer fired you.

You will make only one profile. Husband or wife whoever is getting more score, that will be the primary applicant and the other will be the accompanying spouse.

4750 is an average monthly expense in Ontario. Would it be the same in BC? If not, how much more?
For other provinces, the average expense is usually less, due to diff in rents and HST/GST. But then, salaries are also a little bit less there.

Vancouver is expensive. Other cities, maybe not that much.

Hi, I have applied for the PR via Canadian express entry program. I have got more then 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing. I am planning to come to Alberta,Edmonton.
I am married and my wife is also coming with me. I have done my IELTS and ECA too.
Now could you please tell me that what's the average cost of living, and what's the job market there.
And what can i expect on Canadian PR, If i am coming as a new comer with my wife
Edmonton, Alberta is somewhat better than Ontario GTA, in terms of accommodation and cost of living, etc.
The average cost of living would be more or less the same as mentioned in my video for a couple. The fact that it's Alberta, and if you people dont get a car on lease, then you can take it down to around $4k per month.
