MOTT 32 has some of the BEST Chinese food in Las Vegas

So well done ! The biggest challenge I have with the more traditional family style Chinese Cuisine is the exact timing and sequence of courses,... make is very difficult to do wine paring properly...

I got the roast duck there back in June, and it was excellent. However, they just give you the crepes and the buns for you to put the duck in them. Red Plate at Cosmo does that for you. I thought it made the experience over there a little better.
