Just a PSA megadeth only sold 39mil and Iron Maiden, Priest, Sabbath and Metallica are the only metal bands to have over 70mil and if you include ozzy and Sabbath it’s 140 mil ish. He did say in the video that he was talking about thrash but just throwing it out there
Very fun video. I disagree with a lot of the track ranking, but that's going to happen with 4 classic albums. Master of Puppets is my favorite album of these four. It's flawless for me. Rust in Peace is second, almost flawless. Incredible musicianship. Ride the Lightning is third. Some of the classic songs on this album haven't held up as well for me as the Puppets classic stuff. The instrumental is rather boring to me and I don't need to hear For Whom the Bell Tolls again. That has gotten burned out in a big way. Last is Peace Sells, but I really do dig it. It loses points for me because of the awful cover song and I think the title track is just too silly. 1. Master of Puppets (10/10) 2. Rust in Peace (9.5/10) 3. Ride the Lightning (9/10) 4. Peace Sells...But Who's Buying? (8.5/10)
Great comment David. I would agree that Master of Puppets is the most flawless album. The dark vibes of Ride the Lightning and Peace Sells are what really make me like those two albums the most

I love Megadeth and don't consider myself mainstream, and I prefer peace sells over rust in peace.

In my opinion, Megadeths good albums are only rust and peace sells, everything else is mediocre. I find metallica better
