Im gonna be using these in my parasite modpacks. love when people make creative weapons that make sense, like being able to use their abilities when you are using their body parts.
I like how the mod's weapons are balanced as if SRP is a vanilla friendly mod, they have some of the coolest designs ever but still don't make parasites survivable (It's really a defense issue anyway, high end parasites are killable even with vanilla weapons but they'll just one-shot you in any gear)
wish srp got a port to a higher version, ive always wanted to make gear to counter the parasites but mcreator (yes i know, boo mcreator bad) doesnt support 1.12
@@osryr that just seems like the devs themselves are lazy tbh "we made the mod now run along and balance it yourself" like SRP is a amazing mod but it just seems to be lacking any kind of balancing the players shouldnt have to balance the mod for the devs thats just some high copium response the devs should balance their OWN mod not the players....

There's another parasite mode called Cotesia Glomerata, it allows you to become a parasite, combine it with the morph mod for extra fun I'm not saying Adapted Yelloweyes are cute, but they *are* the perfect size and shape for a hug Make love, not war (although not with the parasites, unless...)
Like others have said, I think you'd fare better if you went for a more open map and just gave yourself a couple potions of speed and maybe jump boost. And a flame bow, just a regular flame bow. Speed and easier navigation look like they would help. You die the moment they gang up on you, so staying on the move and being faster should help you pick your fights!

someone mentioned it under the last video, there's a mod called MC Helicopter with helicopters, planes and tanks I tested it and I feel like it can last against phase 8 for 20 minutes or more if played correctly, for both helicopters and tanks
Anything that uses defense and not movement for survival will get annihilated by parasites since they do viral which literally removes your max HP untill you have none and you die
maybe you should try using items with impossible NBT data, such as: a sword with sharpness 255, a potion with every effect in the game, boots that make you as fast as sonic, etc.
If you're still trying to do this challenge, you should go on rlcraft lost cities, and see how players survive with the prep that they have. Spoiler: It's way more than you have.
Hey man i have another idea how about you starting with vanilla gear but has op enchantment like sharpness 9999 or something. I bet you can survive under 10 minutes if you can do it
Hbms nuclear tech mod. Heavy machineguns with infinity, nuke launchers and jetpacks. Dont forget to upgrade your armor to protect yourself from the radiations
Cool mod showcase, but at this point, I’m convinced. Andy is throwing for content. A small bit of advice: when a Succor is summoned, it locks onto your position at that current moment, so being on the move in an open area means you can consistently evade them because they’ll be going after where you were a few seconds ago. ⛹️🥩🪱

They're definitely well balanced against Primitive and low end Adapted Parasites
But a buff of a few numbers in damage sounds nice

You should play the mod called "Scape and Run Parasites Addon: Cotesia Glomerata" It lets you join the parasites, and is really underrated.
