    a is more acidic than b and c because In a No2(Nitro group) being a electron withdrawing group it withdraws the electron density thus increase the acidity
    Or in case of B Ch3 being a electron donating group it donates the electron density thus decreases the electron density

    For Lucas test the reactivity order of alcohols are 3>2>1
    As 3 degree alcohol will show turbidity in seconds , 2 degree alcohol will show turbidity in minutes , 1 degree alcohol will show turbidity in hours and many 1 degree alcohol don't show turbidity even after long periods so we have to heat them for there fast rxn .
