    Welll boys...time to meet the ladies :) Looking forward to video of the stallions along with their mares being released and running like the wind. PDR 👍👍
    It wasn't too windy to interfere with microphone and you do a very nice job with conditions you can't control ie: wind and weather. Always enjoy and look forward to your ranching videos. Favorite!

    Everytime I hear wind over a microphone, it reminds me of a night many, many years ago when my husband, Marvin, and I were both playing in a band. Marv was the drummer and I played bass. It was the late 70's, and back then we each had a microphone on a stand. That summer night, we were playing a gig on a flatbed truck outside after the Pine Ridge (SoDak) rodeo and there was a breeze coming off of the prairie that was making the PA roar. For some reason, we didn't have our wind screens, but our sound guy had a brilliant idea...while we were on break, he took off his boots and put his actual socks over our mics. We didn't know he'd done that until we got back up and started a song. I stepped forward to sing, took a deep breath and nearly gagged. The smell was a cross between bad scours and dog vomit. I looked back at Marv and his eyes were tearing up. Some really good ideas really shouldn't be implemented. I know this has nothing to do with moving horses, it's just an old lady reminiscing ;-)
    We sure love both channels from you and Jerry. We just discovered you guys a few months back and we're making our way through your older videos. You guys have a beautiful family. {{{Love and blessings}}}

    Another interesting videos. PDR sure has a bunch of beautiful horses. I love how quarter horses are built. When my dad went through his “mid-light crisis”, he started breeding, raising, and training quarter horses for competitive cutting. He and new, younger wife used to compete in shows in the southwest (he lived in southern California). I remember they went to Texas for many competitions.

    I love seeing how calm you guys handle the stallions. Loved seeing the little foal, you can never get too much of that. The mic worked pretty well, up until you were out loping but that’s to be expected. Thanks for adding the landscape shots of the painted desert, really pretty.

    Your video had very good clear sound! Always interesting to see the inner workings of your ranch. Wonder if once and a while Henson could talk about how he decides which mares to breed to what stallion. Looking for a particular ability? Color? Conformation? Had a QH breeder tell me that it was 60% the mare in looking at what the cross would be! Any thoughts on that?
