สวัสดีทุกคน Pay Less Get More วันนี้เราอยู่กันที่ร้านครัวมะนาว อ.บางบาล ร้านอาหารพื้นบ้านในอยุธยา ถือว่าเป็นร้านเด็ดอยุธยาที่อยู่นอกตัวเมืองอยุธยาไปไม่ไกล ทางร้านใช้กุ้งแม่น้ำแท้ๆ ไม่ใช่กุ้งเลี้ยง และปลาแม่น้ำสดใหม่ อาหารรสชาติดี ที่สำคัญราคาสบายกระเป๋ามากๆครับ ร้านไม่ใหญ่มาก เมนูที่สั่ง
กุ้งเผาเป็นกุ้งแม่น้ำเป็นๆนำมาเผาห่อด้วยใบตองให้กลิ่นหอม มีขนาดเดียว 6ตัวต่อ กก. กิโลกรัมละ 1,200 บาท สั่ง1 กก. ทำได้ 2 เมนู เมนูแรกเป็นกุ้งเผา และเมนูที่สองคือกุ้งคั่วเกลือ กุ้งสดมากย่างมาได้สุกกำลังดีเลย มันกุ้งเยิ้มๆ เนื้อกุ้งสดเด้งดี ทานกับน้ำจิ้มซีฟู้ดรสจัดจ้าน เด็ดมาก ยังมีเมนูอื่นๆที่เราสั่งมาก็อร่อยไม่แพ้กัน อยากรู้ว่าเป็นเมนูอะไรและจะอร่อยแค่ไหน ไปชมกันเลย
