I track the card costs slightly different. I add the cost of the cards when I purchase them. That way you don't need to remember what you paid when they sell. It also makes it much easier to track so you have a "purchases" tab when you buy them and a "Sales" tab when they sell.
That’s actually a really good idea! I’m going to definitely make some adjustments after Q4 for next year so prolly gonna keep this in mind 💪💪
How do u decide when to sell on eBay, tcgplayer, facebook, instagram etc?

How do ship orders that cost only a few bucks? Example like 4 cards each that are worth a buck?
$1.12 is what it cost to ship anything under 3 oz and a 7x5 envelope 💪💪💪

Also how do u purchase cards
Usually at shows and on IG, and for selling it all comes down to price of cards usually under 20 I do on IG and anything over I do on any platform as long as the margin makes sense!
