I didn't like chatu kari ( Syncophancy) so i left the organisation. Mean while i have been preparing for Quant Researcher role from before covid 19. After left the job i had prepared well for 2 months. Then i switch my career as Quant Researcher. ( After CFA ( US) and FRM ( GARP)).

@@subhammahanta5042 Quant Researcher is multidisciplinary field which is blend of Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Econometrics, AI ( ML, DL, Big Data, Gen AI etc) with Software Development and Algorithms. If you have done CFA ( US) then may get call to get to attend interview else quite difficult to get in if you are not done graduation from premium institute like IIT/ IIM etc . You should be v good in maths, statistics, Finance & AI with Software Development.

It seems you are much interested in office politics 😂Let me tell you one thing keep focus on your self do your job honestly. No one in this world can take your learning and knowledge. When i was in India. I always worked honestly, no show off. I never got any awards but i had 7 certifications(industry recognised). My managers applied my H1b but made all the efforts to allocate me in such projects where i will not be able to use it😂. I have no grudges. I applied my own visa and went on PR and here i only worked on product based good companies. My attitude is still same. Do your job honestly. No one can take anything from you if its in your destiny. My colleague used to say why dont you ask why you never got awards. I said only one thing. These awards has no value outside company boundary 😄. Keep positive do your job and keep learning.

He will be sending facebook request people need to accept else he will create problem for there carrier by false things. And so many more he does. People need to take selfie with him. He is creating slavery kind of thing. People left without complaining on him because they dont want unnecessary dramas so on and even some people resigned without job also And he says HR is also afraid of him and he has his manager support for things he is doing. Total abuse of power. Sucidal tendency due to his behaviour. All these people are just doing abuse of power. And sycho these people are. When sycho cheap egostic arrogant people get power this is what happens. Abuse of power is true this sycho santhosh sk. He also taken first month salary from few employees for hiring them.
