Zugerberg Trail | MTB Trail in Zug 2021 (Switzerland)

I already wanted to visit the Zugerberg MTB Trail in 2020. Last Friday I took advantage of the nice weather and spontaneously went to Zug. The first descent of the trail was a bit sobering, but after the third descent I liked most of the sections and rode a few more laps.
I divided the trail into three sections for myself. The first section is pretty flowy, but with some braking bumps and holes. The second section is very rocky and in my opinion needs some maintenance, as some big rocks in landings could turn the fun into bitter seriousness in a short time. The third section is neither very flowy with small jumps, this section was recently maintained.
On the whole the trail was ok, but if you look at the price - performance it doesn't add up for me. The trail is about 2.1km long and a day ticket for the funicular without half-fare costs around 38CHF including the bike. In my opinion, this is not justified for this one trail. When I compare the price and the trail offer with, for example, the Flumserberg, the prices should be reconsidered. But have a look for yourself and have fun...

Nice video buddy. The middle section of the trail looks the most interesting. I'd be interested to hear how big the black features actually are. Based on the price of the uplift, I reckon it's one I'll be checking out with the ebike though.

Thanks mate. Yes, the black part has something, even if I think that some maintenance would be necessary. But if you go with the e-bike, there's no need for the expensive train. The black sections are very rideable even for my abilities, it has the kicker that you saw in the video that I left out and two drops that are still there that I didn't ride either. You would ride all these elements, I am sure. But as I always say, you have to ride the trail yourself to judge it. Hope to see you soon. Greetings
