Looks nice, I would test it for sure :) Advice as a cnc service, maintenance technician and trainer, I would not put grease directly on the linear guide rails, as all the chips during work would stick in. You might apply some teflon spray or other to prevent dirt stuck on it. It's better to fit a grease nipple in the bearing carriage, grease it regularly, and after some movement clean off the excess grease form the side of the carriage, and from the rail after some movement. I really wish to see this machine in my workshop someday.
