I am in awe with your videos!! Watched about 2 years worth so far and they're gorgeous...the quality, the content, and your cookery skills!! I've got quite a few of my friends and fam to start watching as well. In about a week, we're heading to Kauai for a week and going fishing with one of our favorite captains and can hardly wait!!
I’ve recently gotten obsessed with your videos! Love watching you and Brookie out there doing what you guys obviously love. Your meals always look amazing. And whoever the older gentleman is always gives great feedback (and the guy in the pink shirt)! Thanks for the content!
Hope his business is still doing well, Hurricane Ian absolutely demolished Marco Island. Loved this videos energy hope you can do another video with him, and if it helps his business out even better!
I was thinking about what makes you a successful channel. It’s someone doing something they really enjoy with people they really enjoy, sharing their adventures with family and friends they love. Love joy sharing can’t beat that.
Very rare fish here in the east Med,almost speared one a year ago but he tear off the shaft.the most metalic fish I've seen and the most beautiful with its blowing long dorsal fins.have to try this recepie! thank you Victor.
fertilizer is not a bad idea but the soil and the leaves are not the same and the roots have a tendency for root damage so you can use plant growth to for sure grow the roots in your garden or for the garden to be more resilient to root damage or for your garden to grow be sure to Layouts and other plants things 11:35
I got me some of those dexter knives and love them. I have only used them for deer processing so far but can’t wait to use them this spring for some crappies.
Great video! I had heard of Pompano Beach, but a Pompano fish?!? Not so much. You had me all the way through; I wanted to see the catch, the filet, and the cook.... Great job. I only wish I could have tasted it! We need to push for "taste tech"!!!!
i was waiting for this upload, is interesting to see the same trip with 3 different edits, yours and brokys and cant forget the guy standing next to you hahaha Ryan, awesome vid.
I fish 50-60 miles out of fort myers and love using slow pitch. I use larger jigs to target groupers and help me stay vertical, but I also catch vermies that aren’t even as long as the jig half the time. Anything hits the jig, even if the jig is just as big as they are!
Nice to see you guys again, I was worried when you hadn't put out any video's for a while. Awesome video, wish I could catch some of those pompano here in Iowa, bwahaha. God bless
The woman in the green top at 21:21 is absolutely beautiful. Your brother or brother in law is a extremely lucky man. Also goes without saying your wife is gorgeous as well. This is a compliment to them not some creepy comment.
Just curious why we haven’t seen you use any of the octopus mustad jigs with the true octopus scent tablet? I Got a few different sizes, but not many videos on them, would be nice to see you fish with them and to see what there about.
Great trip but I am not sure the purpose of those flexible rods. I think half the flex would give the same action and have more backbone. I use a Shimano Trevala to jig up big black sea bass and striped bass up north.
Hey man epic fish! Follow you from italy, i love your videos and it’s very interesting to see how you cook these beasts. Wish you the best, keep going!
Was fishing King of the Beach in spring or fall of 2021, I forget now, but we were out of Maximo park in st Pete, no more than 40 miles out, and we had a decent Spanish makral on a down rigger (probs 18-22 inch Spanish) and we were slow trolling through a reck or something and the two mid water baits got hit with blue runners on them (about 10 inches each) and caught 2 kings, probs about 15 lbs, and we had a big hit on the makral, all we knew was that it was big, and me being the only minor on the boat, I went for it, sense I was the only one left to get the rod, basically was fight a fish for an hour and 10 mins, before we saw color, was a huge AP, then the sharks started chasing it and eventually go to it, but AP’s have that armor plate on their belly’s so it didn’t go very far, but we got it in, and it was probs about 4+ feet long. We did a second pass over the same spot, with a similar sized bait at the same depth and my dad hooked another AP that came up to be a few inches shorter. But when we got home, we weighed them and they were only about 6 lbs off the state record for Florida, I was really happy with myself, because that is a fish not a lot of people catch in the shallow waters off of st Pete, but that we caught two of them within 3 hours, it was amazing, some of the best fish I had ever eaten in my life. I’ve got (by me I mean my uncle who captains the boat) a bunch of good spots where we caught amazing fish, it’s awesome to see that these AP’s are still around in the gulf, great catches through out the video!
@@LandsharkOutdoors Thanks, curious to swivel size? haven't used the mustad swivels before and I know comanies ratings are all a little dif, thanks Vik.
Hey, i watch your Videos from germany. Your content is super interesting and i like the concept catch clean cook. Do you use throat cut to care for the fish after catch?

Great video, This is the best cooking channel on RUclips
Thank you!!!
The fish said that's so cool,so cold.
Amazing pompano, looks delicious. After living in Indiana 35 years I can vouch that corn actually comes off the cob not the husk haha

I’m from the great city of pompano too
That’s a bucket list fish for me!!
So excited when I seen you post! Dude that was a dope trip! That Pompano is BEAUTIFUL.
Very rare fish here in the east Med,almost speared one a year ago but he tear off the shaft.the most metalic fish I've seen and the most beautiful with its blowing long dorsal fins.have to try this recepie! thank you Victor.

slow pitch jigging was fun when I went with my dad. It sure wears you out! though African Pomps looked so cool in the sunlight!
They are such badass fish!
West Coast is the Best. Red Grouper,
Open (2) per person.
20 in is keeper size. Keep it up 😉🐟
It’s about time haha man I’ve been waiting forever for a new vid and even better with it dropping on my bday!!! Good job

Well thank you for watching it a third time haha
Gorgeous AP!

And the best part is you don't need to bring bait on the boat
Caught one of those APs a few years back. Kicked......my......@$$!!!!
They are brawlers!
you're a little slower on the uploads than ryan or the fiance but i still love ya
hahah yes, but better late than never
What rod and reel are y’all using?
Left coast baby!!! Let's go!
That's a hugh fish!!
Caught an ap on jig here in sc a couple weeks ago. Some of the best sashimi I’ve had. Liked it better than the wahoo sashimi we made too
Agreed, I wish they came by more often!
Nice to see you guys again, I was worried when you hadn't put out any video's for a while. Awesome video, wish I could catch some of those pompano here in Iowa, bwahaha. God bless
That looks absolutely delicious 😋😋🤤🤤! I'd love to try some! Gonna have to find some somehow 🤔🤔. Thanks for the vid! It was a great one! 😊😊💖💖
I have that exact knife--but still recommend a hand glove, keep you from getting a bone stab, which you will get, at some point.
I know that you're going to get that pompano replicated; nice catch..... keep it coming.
nice work guys n Brook/ Vic what reel was that you used to catch the Afican Pampono
That’s a good day out there!
Super catch & cook!! OUTSTANDING prep on the food too.
Thank you for watching
The woman in the green top at 21:21 is absolutely beautiful. Your brother or brother in law is a extremely lucky man. Also goes without saying your wife is gorgeous as well. This is a compliment to them not some creepy comment.
What’s the reel paired with the rod?
Whatttttt! You were in my neck of the woods. Awesome video and content as alway Vic!
Thanks Hansel, pretty cool name haha
That fish was huge nice job man🤘
Awesome video once again! Cheers
Just curious why we haven’t seen you use any of the octopus mustad jigs with the true octopus scent tablet? I Got a few different sizes, but not many videos on them, would be nice to see you fish with them and to see what there about.
Nice recipe and pairings!
How deep were you guys fishing here?
The skin on that fish shines like a holographic baseball card.
Pretty work as always!! Question- what brand are your pans you use on the grill? Those look awesome, need to snag some
Those rods look awesome! Which make and model are they and what power are you using to reel in those big grouper and snapper?
I like those rods you are using, seems like a good jigging setup!
Great trip but I am not sure the purpose of those flexible rods. I think half the flex would give the same action and have more backbone. I use a Shimano Trevala to jig up big black sea bass and striped bass up north.
Awesome video as always 👍.
of special interest in the case of a person who has been in the a problem 8:53 months of the past year bowls
Hey man epic fish! Follow you from italy, i love your videos and it’s very interesting to see how you cook these beasts. Wish you the best, keep going!
Love it! Keep it up 💙 !!

Wow POPPA VIC’S GOT GUNS🤯 WHEN IS BABY VIC COMING😳❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🇺🇸 YOUR GUNNA BE GREAT PARENTS🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
what weight jigs do you like to use?
A great video very enjoyable an informative thank you so much; look forward to seeing more!
What rods are those 😮
Awesome video man, if you had to give me a list of your favorite Key West charters what would they be?

Bet the Pompano would also be good deep fried in Beer Batter.
Great video, I though African pompano were deeper water species.
Anyway you could add links to your recording and editing equipment in the description?
How long do you cook it for at 400 degrees?
What reel did u use
What's brook's spinning setup? I need to know!
great trip
Great job you 2
tech question? what ball bearing swivels and split ring you using on jigging setup? I'm always trying to size down and clean up my rigs. Thanks.
I use the split rings that come with mustad jigs. I use a combination of mustad ball bearing swivels and krok.
@@LandsharkOutdoors Thanks, curious to swivel size? haven't used the mustad swivels before and I know comanies ratings are all a little dif, thanks Vik.
