How To Make A Walking Stick
In this video I show the viewer how to make a inexpensive walking stick. Most folks already have the tools necessary to make this project. All you need is a one and a quarter inch six foot dowel, some stain of choice and some sealant and your almost there.
I also talk about pyrography also know as woodburning art and power carving. I bring all those mediums of art together to make a cool walking stick.

Beautiful piece! Takes me back to woods walks with my dad when I was a kid. He liked a walking stick so I always insisted on scrounging one off the landscape so I could “be like Pop”. Thanks for sharing yer project, Jon.

Very cool! The art decco pattern is amazing. I have my dad's hand checkering tool he used when he made his rifle stock. I never tried it but I bet you would be great at it

My current air pistols are. 1377 , Vigilante and Browning, all under $55 guns. What's my next move for .177s pistols? It's Father's Day and I'm thinking somewhere below $120, I'm retired and shoot daily.
