I got family that owns a small logging company and he employs 3-4 drivers. He is going to shut his company down pretty soon because one of his drivers killed a teenage girl who pulled out in front of him. Wasn’t the drivers fault. That’s the 3rd death in the companies history. All 3 were not the drivers fault. And I should be clear they were different drivers. His insurance is so high he can’t afford to run the company anymore even tho the accidents were not their fault. Not fair.
In those Third World countries they can't afford real bridges or competent drivers, so it's not likely they can afford insurance, either.
I love how the track moves on the first tank _after_ it has been tipped. It reminds me of ED-209's legs flailing after it tripped down the stairs in _Robocop._

most of them are in russia, the reason because they are is that russia is a dashcam heavy country - accidents are beeing bribed off if u cant prove ur case. to answer your question, yes outside and inside us training is required.

In my honest opinion these types of mishaps are a result of negligent operation by the operator's & they should all be terminated from their position!
Until some kind of schooling & safety program was completed they are restricted to operate any type of equipment standard or heavy!
You really have to wonder if most of these are a result of the operator's being high on drugs of some sort or being drunk from alcohol? Or even worse......just a stupid dumb ass!!
In most of the videos, you can't hear anyone talking, but when you do hear someone talking, it isn't in English. Most countries don't have the benefit of a governmental organization like OSHA to educate and enforce safety on the job. I also have to think that none of these operators even understand the most basic physics involved in their job. And as for operators being high on drugs, or drunk - I think I would have to agree with you on that as well.
