Every time I use streamyard for one of my LIVE talk shows I’ll download the audio only and then upload that as a podcast to Spotify Apple, and everywhere else my podcast is. My shows are generally 2 to 3 hours long so it might take about 10 minutes or so for the audio to download but it’s all very easy to do and I tend to get it done immediately after the episode wraps so it’s there.
Thank you for this. I would really like if you covered actually bringing in a guest and the use of the buttons that allow you to select which person appears full screen, split screening etc.
Awesome tutorial Rob! Thank you for going into so much detail. I'm an experienced online marketer but new to videocasting. I'm producing a podcast/videocast I'm super excited about and want to learn from experts like you to collapse time frames. Keep up the great work!
Thank you for going over streamyard. What If I did a video recording of my channel but my guest was on the phone how would I be able to capture his audio on Stream Yard?
So I am running a Focusrite audio interface with two inputs from a mixer. Is there a way Within SY to separate the local audio tracks so I can EQ each host in post?
Hey bud, I have a zoom pad trak p4, with up to 4 microphones. I want to use my phone to do the video aspect of the pod. Does this work for stream yard, and do I need to do anything special in terms of uploading the audio/video? I'm looking for something that's essentially plug and play. Also, if I want to upload to Spotify and all these other platforms does streamyard allow for that?
Great video! I'm having a problem... I have my mic connected to the laptop. Using phone as a Webcam decreases quality. Video is on phone. Audio is on laptop. Should i record then mix the audio from the laptop? Or just go with making my phone as a webcam?
How would you mix audio with the video recording though. Iriun should not reduce quality perfusion it’s your connection speed and try to only record in 720p any higher creates lag
When you say 6 hours and 10 hours for the paid subscription , does that mean it will allow you to store 10 hours of your recording and then they get erased, or are you saying that after 10 hours you can no longer record using streamyard until the following month?

You know I just wondered if you could record only AND go live during for a set amount of time like for fan questions then stop live. Basically my thought is recording an interview and then having a fan Q&A segment. Could we do that or have to do a separate live section at the beginning or end of interview?

It’s 6 hours of your current session. If you go on the website and hover over the different plan details there will be an info symbol that clarifies what it means.

@@robertbalasabas I don't have a podcast - I just joined Clubhouse two weeks ago. I can see the appeal over podcast. Especially if you have a topic, website or product or service to sell. Can we edit the split screen and full screen after we record ?
This video may be 2 years old but it was very useful and very clear in how to use the platform.

Rob super helpful video thanks. One thought though you need a pop filter on that mic. Very annoying popping of your voice.
Very nice Tutorial, loved it! :)

This is a great video about podcasting through Streamyard.
Thanks fam! Streamyard definitely makes podcasting super easy
Can I use my phone to record instead of camera to record video❓❓❓❓❓
Quick question when you say basic plan gives you 6 hours is that per episode or per month silly question I know but just wondering
I believe per month Eric 👍🏽 did you end up using SY?
Thank you helpful
Thank you. Great overview.

Great tutorial! Thanks so much for the clear explanation!
Thanks Miranda! How are you liking SY?

So how do you upload your streamyard record through podcast?
if I want to be able to edit the video to remove portions of an interview should I be looking at a different product?
Portions in the middle of the ends?
