I'm waiting for one of these to pop up on the used market for around $4,500-5k. I've been looking at electric alternatives for my grom for a while now as I want something for around town that's quiet, free of maintenance (not that a grom is a lot), and I can charge for basically free at home and work. It seems like that might happen relatively soon as dealers are clearing out demo riders for in the $5,500-6k range already and this thing has been out less than a year.
eParkourer-the activity or sport of moving rapidly through an area, typically in an urban environment, negotiating obstacles by running, jumping, and climbing. I do like the design. I think it is meant more as a toy bike than a commuter. Certainly not a cruiser. Or a sport bike. I would put it in my inventory for fun. 8K? Best be a rich fun toy.
It is stylish. If it was cheaper, a lot cheaper, I'd consider one. I have 14'' wheels on my Yamaha Aerox 155 scooter. I fitted a 120 section on the front and a 150 on the rear. Handles perfectly.
What do you mean no warm up? You mean I don't get to idle my bike every morning for 10 min and wake up the whole neighborhood with my noisy bike? I don't get to fill the air with unburnt carcinogens for the kids to breath in?
@@ClassyChed I was very clear. They are super loud, they disturb the peace. They cause hearing damage. They are super dirty and spew carcinogens into the air we breath.

Batteries still do not have the energy density to provide adequate range in a motorcycle. Maybe down the road, but not yet. I absolutely love riding electric powered things. I have a Motocompacto. A friend threw me the keys to his Zero once and I was just gobsmacked. The near silent whir and the arm-stretching torque is addicting. I just don't have a use for an electric motorcycle. Yeah. Every time I think of an electric motorbike I come back to just buying an ebike. Can ride on the towpaths, and through the parks instead of mixing with city traffic. Much nicer.
Yeah. I looked at the Zero FXE at the dealership once and thought it would be great around town bike with some quick trips out to the canyons. Then I saw the $12k+ price.😢 All of these e-motorcyles are grossly overpriced compared to a gasser.
I love electric motorcycles but they are too expensive. Li-ion batteries are expensive, sure, but this one has only about 4 kWh. Comes with a battery instead of an engine and transmission with hundreds of moving parts and still $8K, that has to be overpriced somehow.
If they had tax rebates for them to get the price down to 3-4k they'd be tempting to get over a grom or similar I could plug this up at my work and basically never pay for gas for regular commute, but definitely not gonna save money at 9k...
Dealer demos are starting to pop up not that much more than new Groms. I've also heard from my local dealer that BMW is applying for tax incentives that will drop the MSRP drastically if you qualify.
BMW die soon as lack of common sense, CE02 scooter not affordable/looks ugly/cheap looking design chinese moped, why don't it look like honda cb100 muscular or Bajaj chetak or aprila scooters, who pay 4times to ce02 ugly named and designed moped and what abt service stations?

I love my CE 04! Use it for my commute to work. This one will be rideable for 16 year olds in Norway.

You could buy a Sur Ron and a Grom at this price.
Fck the grom! Grom grom grom! It's fugly!
Buy 2 groms for that price...

What range does the 56miles drop to in a colarado winter?

Big-Ups to Aces!! Bought my BMW c400 from them
If they made it vintage styling it would sell like crazy
I get 150+ miles per tank on my Grom. Pass
I’d love to have one of these

4:47 hey Kase, two questions. What did that sign say? What did your speedometer read?
Good thing you are in Mexico, obviously.
Cool looking bike!
What electric motorcycle has a better range and better ticket price?
MILEAGE AND WHEEL SIZE . BOOM.💥
Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought this was more of an electric scooter, rather than a motorcycle.
What is the difference?
@@difflocktwoin the eyes of the government nothing but most people consider shifting an engine placement when comparing the two

Considering that an e mountain bike is at least a few thousand dollars and can only get to 20 mph this doesn’t seem too horribly priced.

Bigger wheels and far more mileage and I would be sold at only 1000.00 more.
Id rather put the $$ towards a Yamaha MT07 😊
The fact that you cant charge this bike at a charging station is utterly ridiculous and makes the bike worthless.

If I was going to buy an electric bike it would be a push bike or trike. At least that way when the battery goes flat you can peddle.
That would also depend on the weight of the ebike "pedaling wise."
that's a stupid comparison.
Looks like something they would sell at Harbor freight
