For those of you who never bought a robot vacuum/mop or have no experience with them, I just wanted to provide my two cents. I bought this model a couple of weeks ago from Amazon for a lucky price of 400€ and I am very happy with the product to say the least. It is quite literally a life changing product which literally buys you free time and always clean floors. As the review mentions, this doesn't have an extending mop arm and no hot water to mop so you might think that is a deal breaker, but I've found that it still does a great job and the dirty mop water that you will be regularly emptying out will be proof. That being said, I'm sold on the technology and cannot see myself living without it, and I would seriously consider getting a higher-end model in the future.

I initially thought I would upgrade my Dreamebot L10s to the x40, but decided the QRevo Master now seemed like the better choice. My old faithful Roborock S5 Max, which I bought about four years ago and still works fine, will be given to a friend. Btw, I been a subscriber for years and know your voice is not AI. I bought the Qrevo plus based on this review because it’s the same vacuum as the Qrevo s but with the extended arm to mop the edges. It’s my 1st ever robot vacuum and after 2 weeks of use, I can’t believe how great it is. I use it twice a week and I can see my grout getting cleaner and cleaner after each use. This review is what convinced me to finally get one and my entire household is very grateful because we don’t have to manually mop and vacuum every week.

I have this product and its perfect for me, no need for obstacle avoidance and cameras, i care about my privacy, i have no pets and a small apartment and the docking station is a time saver for me, i dont need a dirt water sensor due to the fact that the robot is programmed for daily duty, so the floors are always clean. The apartment is very well maped also found an obstacle near the bed where i have my 2 phone chargers plugged in the extension cord. I don't need that fancy rocky commands because i can use siri or alexa anytime i want. I dont need a wet or dry stain sensor because if i spill something i have the option to mop the area selected in the aplication anytime. For me the price, the power suction and the low price for the replacement parts were the reason for buying this robot vacuum and i am very pleased with it.👍😎👍 probably was one of my best purchase this year.
My QRevo had its first use yesterday and I am convinced by the device. The obsticale avoidance may not be the best compared to more expensive robots, but at least shoes are successfully avoided with minimal touches. A big improvement on my old Roborock S6. And then the price, I paid €490 for the S6 at the time and just €465 for the QRevo. That's an absolutely unbeatable price for such a device.
I just picked up a Q Revo S on sale for $600 to supplement my s8 pro ultra. I’m very impressed with it. It does struggle with obstacle avoidance but that’s not really an issue for me. Notably it’s much quieter than the s8 across the board even the dock is quieter. I also prefer the dock style of the revo since the water containers open up fully for easy cleaning. Considering I paid a fraction for the Revo S vs the S8 pro ultra, I got almost the same or even better experience.
Yep I'm probably getting this one due to good overall performance, great mopping and most importantly, no camera. Sub-par security. Chinese product. Camera inside private residence. Just not a good idea.
Great in-depth review! Here in Australia, the Revo S retails for $1499AUD, and the Revo MaxV retails for only $1597. Seems well-worth the extra money to get hot water washing, edge mopping, and better obstacle avoidance!
Thats the thing with single rollers, they are not good with long hairs. Even dual rollers gets tangled sometimes but is a little better. I guess the duodivide rollers on the curve should be the real deal
I’m so nervous! We just spent our refund check on the Revo Q Master because it was more than the MaxV, but we debated over the QrevoS- but the obstacle avoidance and ability to get corners made us jump. We’ve never had a robot vacuum. I have a push vacuum and a Dyson wall mount and 2 mops! A steam and bucket. I appreciate this review. I hope we did well. We’ve got 3 kids, 3 cats and a doodle- so there’s always dirt! I’m so tired of the sweeping ALL the time. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 I appreciated the updated webpage!

I just got the Q Revo S and the biggest drawkback is the obstacle avoidance. It really really sucks so if you are person that likes to leave small stuff around or have young kids who love lego then get ready for those things to be sucked up! Also I find that it seems to have issues on thin towel like floor mats. I would have thought they were low enough for it to go over but it seems to just mark them as obstacles. Besides that though it seems pretty good.
This was so cheap in the Prime Sale. I ended up buying the Dreame X40 Ultra and I'm delighted with it! Although I'm skeptical of moving away from Roborock because they're the best robots I've ever had.
How is this one holding against the dreame l10s ultra gen 2. These are the same price here. Where i think the dreame has better object avoidance and mopping extension.

It has some improvements in the detachable docking tray, the mops lift up 10mm instead of 7mm, it has a little more suction power and some people said the original had some water leaking problems that they should have fixed with this one.
Thanks for a great review. I bought mine a few weeks ago from amazon during the Black Friday sale. I loved it the first week but now I wont stay connected to my WiFI. It drops connection and then takes 20mins to reconnect... only way I can get it to is deleting the app and reinstalling it on my iPhone. then I use it once and the next day it is disconnected again. Customer support says it's not compatible with my router but that seems weird that it worked great for the first week. Anyone had anything like this happen or have any ideas? Ive tried everything I can think of and that customer service has mentioned.

I’ve had the Roborock S5 since 11/18, with no issues. Actually love the thing. Wouldn’t mind a version that mops, but the price is pretty unaffordable for most….
I also still own a roborock s5 max, just love it. Recently upgraded to a s7 max ultra. But the s5 is going to live in our bedroom, it is a good robot :)

Worst part about this vacuum for me is the brush roll system. It can't pick up dry dog food or most larger cereal pieces. It jist drives around chewing on it while it sits under the vacuum. This wasnt an issue with older models like the S4.
You have a few options, avoid carpet, vibrate on carpet, cross over carpet, deep vacuum carpet, and start with vacuum carpet before wettin the mops, i choose the last option for the livingroom. In all the scennarios the auto lifting mops is always active
I found it tricky because when i touch the room on the map i was able to select what type of floor i have, wood etc.. but only after i touched the carpet area in that room, i was able to select all the options for the carpet. Also you will have to manual specify for every carpet in the house.
I have Qrevo S for 1 week house is more clean than ever manual cleaning as me i never reach that cleanest floor in my life. Cost was 708 euros in action regular price is 780 euros, The best one cost 1300 euros... so for 500 euros i have hands to do some work to.

Seems good for people who do not want an internet connected camera on their vacuum. I would love a review comparison of robot vacuums navigation which do not use a camera.
The obstacle avoidance is already 5 years old, wouldnt call it new, it just sucks on this one. I have the old q-revo, before that I had the Ecovacs T8 AIVI wich had one of the first obstacle avoidance, the T8 is way better
Are they making self emptying robot vacuums that DONT have mop? Id rather mop myself I just need to run the vac for the pet hair 2x a day. thats all. seems like all the new ones are a combo.

Well you both know what the channel provides and that it’s not ai. For some people he’ll speak too slow, for some people he’ll speak too fast, impossible to please everyone. Thankfully you know how to speed a video up or slow it down so really, a nonissue
Roborock, one of the new bigger manufacturers in the Robot Vaccum Industrial Complex. They have some of the scariest looking robots on the battlefield, but they are one of the easiest robots to circumvent their security measures. They are easily defeated out there on the battlefield.
It definitely sounds like he trained an AI on his own voice. I mean maybe he's just talking kinda weird lately but I know he's experimented with AI in past videos.

Why QRevo Pro is not included in the comparison? You can paid just a bit more if you want extended mopping pad and hot water mop washing
Worst part about this vacuum for me is the brush roll system. It can't pick up dry dog food or most larger cereal pieces. It jist drives around chewing on it while it sits under the vacuum. This wasnt an issue with older models like the S4.
My dog attacks the robot when auto emptying the dust bin. Can you turn auto empty off?
What is real obstacle avoidance score for Roborock qrevo max? In this video it is 8 but in the review it is 4. Why is that?

Does it have the feature to vacuum without wetting the mop for a first pass? My original Q Revo can’t so I can’t let it go on some of my carpets

You have a few options, avoid carpet, vibrate on carpet, cross over carpet, deep vacuum carpet, and start with vacuum carpet before wettin the mops, i choose the last option for the livingroom. In all the scennarios the auto lifting mops is always active
I found it tricky because when i touch the room on the map i was able to select what type of floor i have, wood etc.. but only after i touched the carpet area in that room, i was able to select all the options for the carpet. Also you will have to manual specify for every carpet in the house.
I have Qrevo S for 1 week house is more clean than ever manual cleaning as me i never reach that cleanest floor in my life. Cost was 708 euros in action regular price is 780 euros, The best one cost 1300 euros... so for 500 euros i have hands to do some work to.

What would you get for $600
Seems good for people who do not want an internet connected camera on their vacuum.
I would love a review comparison of robot vacuums navigation which do not use a camera.
The obstacle avoidance is already 5 years old, wouldnt call it new, it just sucks on this one. I have the old q-revo, before that I had the Ecovacs T8 AIVI wich had one of the first obstacle avoidance, the T8 is way better
Are they making self emptying robot vacuums that DONT have mop? Id rather mop myself I just need to run the vac for the pet hair 2x a day. thats all. seems like all the new ones are a combo.
They are still making robots without mops - look into their mid range options.
Probably getting this one. I'm not buying a chinese product with sub-par security with a camera.

Hi As usual amazing reviews thanks for that I am now looking r a new robo vac I am super confused on which one to pick, this one, or the roborock grevo s They are almost same price right now And i care more about mobbing rather than vaccum Because my house doesn't have many carpets I now have the narwal freo, but its app is awful and its vacuuming is really bad, but has amazing mobbing, it makes floor shine, I am still in the 30 days trial so i was thinking about returning it, and buying of of the above 2 i mentioned What would you recommend Thanks in advance
I think not having the camera and microphone is a plus if you focus on privacy

Roborock are making too many identical models. There is also Qrevo Pro that is almost identical to the Qrevo Master.

Returned mine. Couldn’t handle pet hair. Constantly clogged at base and robot.

Well you both know what the channel provides and that it’s not ai. For some people he’ll speak too slow, for some people he’ll speak too fast, impossible to please everyone. Thankfully you know how to speed a video up or slow it down so really, a nonissue

Roborock, one of the new bigger manufacturers in the Robot Vaccum Industrial Complex. They have some of the scariest looking robots on the battlefield, but they are one of the easiest robots to circumvent their security measures. They are easily defeated out there on the battlefield.
