I went real budget with a cap bench from amazon. Actually very sturdy and has multiple positions. Been good so far 👍 Nice to see you picked up something from Colorado
Nothing wrong with budget, obviously it doesn't take much to get a great workout in and get the job done. This rep FB5000 is just one of those nice to haves.

I’m looking into getting a dedicated flat bench with a fat pad so been deciding between Rep, Rogue, Titan and Bells of Steel. Your review helped a lot! It’ll be overkill for me as well but damn it’ll motivate me to work out way more!

Currently using 2 adjustable benches, both from Amazon. FIner Form and Flybird. Both are OK for the price. The Finer Form has better padding, but the Flybird feels more stable. Going to spring for a more quality FID bench in the next week or two, but like you, I analyze and overanalyze the pricing/alternatives before I finally make a decision. 🤷🏽♂️
Appreciate people getting it done on a budget cause obviously you don't need to pay big money to get in crazy good workouts, but nicer equipment is just nice. With the cost of stuff, it "pays" to analyze stuff cause once you buy it you'll have it for a long long time. If you go rep use my link and let me know so I can send you a token of my appreciation!
I have the XMark 7630 adjustable bench. It's a really nice bench, very sturdy. I like this Rep 5000 though. It looks awesome & really is reasonably priced in my opinion. I really like the Red.
I'll need to check out the 7630. The 500 is so nice, really too nice for my needs but it's def. getting used. Are you space limited in your gym like most people?
It's very sturdy but not meant to be continually stood up on it's end. It'll hold up but if you do it daily you'll go through the fabric in a few years
If only the AB-3100 had decline (ik the 3000 does but i wanted it the 3000 to have a 17” height😂) 5000s are on the too-heavy-of-a-bench side for me, prob still gonna go for the 3000. Love ur channel

I love Rep. Definitely a great value. I just ordered a rogue Ohio power bar and it cost about the same as my Rep pr-1000 rack I got last year.

I agree but it is worth mentioning it for those thinking of resale or just long term. Also Scratches are spots where rust will form
