Much better looking than the leaks, and the technology in this car is amazing. One step ahead of the S class for me in terms of looks and technology, although no one thought the 7 series would compare but it has surpassed the S class in fact! Good job BMW!

The S class came out before this car. BMW had time to think of what innovations they need to rival the S class. Also half the features like executive drive pro, air package, tablet, electrostatics in the sunroof already existed in the S class. BMW is just playing catching up. Although I must say this 7 series does look promising with a few new tricks up its sleeves.

Shift4g well not really. They've done some great designs in the past: E39, F10/F11/F07, E38, F06. But this one barely takes a step forward from the current 7. The exceptional interior and the amazing tech really deserve a much better shell.

BMW 550ii needs a update valve cover .I told Auto cars.North Brook,IL NO.I dont want to spend the money.He wouldn't do the valve leak unless,i have get the update valve cover. 2 valve cover $2000,Update hose $200.2 Sensor $900.Later BMW Dealer ,you dont need the update valve cover.I ask Steve.if its time to rid of the car. Steve say , valve cover leak are very common.Not too worry.I have oil leak ,when it fix,then coolant leak.then back to oil leak then coolant leak.Its went back and forth for 3 years.Every time ,when i drop off the car ,I need to take another car.I made 15 to 20 trip .Think about much time and gas you spend.My cat sat in park lot for 4 month.Repair list.2 valve cover ,water pump . All new hose .New oil pan gasket , Alternator bracket gasket . New Battery .,New radiator .Battery ground cable .New alternator .Front timing cover ,New radiator.New spark plugs hole.Every oil/ coolant hose was replace.

I have been a lover of cars especially BMW. I drove one of the oldest versions back home for just a day. Most often, I am hitting the streets corners in Taichung City, Taiwan watching these Taiwanese flipping on this 7 series. I am like wow but it's likely not impossible to own one at a later time or purchasing a customized version with a system satellite for sport TV, internet for all location, oven and refrigerator which is possible. This might scare you which makes it a dream!
"Groundbreaking technologies", wallet draining reliability. Ultimate driving disappointment. BMW totally forgot about their loyal customers who owned and suffered from their N63 Engine. From failed injectors to bad timing chain, fuel pump, vacuum pump, turbos, and valve stem seals. Many of us N63 owners were stranded on the freeway with our kids, because of this "engine malfunction: reduced power" message. we spend more time and money at the dealership, having our BMW in for repair then to actually enjoy driving the car. And then there's this "1 quart every 750 miles is normal" insane oil consumptions, plus "A new battery every oil change". I am an owner of a BMW X6 X50i. With 53k miles, the valve stem seals already failed. I have to add a quart of oil every 250 miles and soon, due to the carbon buildups the engine will eventually fail, so is the catalytic converter. I'm sure I won't be able to pass emission test this year with this burning plastic smell from the exhaust. Then here comes you guys quoted me $20,000 for the repair. A $80,000+ car that only lasted 3 years then you are looking at another $20,000 repair right after your warranty expires. How fucking wonderful. Now you guys came up with this new 7 series with a new revised N63 engine. What about us folks with your failed N63/N63TU? Nah you guys forgot about us. To you guys our moneys are not hard earned. We're just your puppets, your laboratory mice to test your failed engineering. That is why Scott Crockett is hitting you guys with a class action lawsuit on the N63. Will I ever buy another BMW? No, I completely lost my loyalty. Your new "automatic parking system" might malfunction, put a hole in my wall and destroy my house foundation. #HelloFailure
I understand your pain, I had a 2011 F02 with the N63 engine, so many problems the list would resemble yours, I traded it in, 2016 for $25k, the car originally cost, $99,500, BMW Never again!

I have been a lover of cars especially BMW. I drove one of the oldest versions back home for just a day. Most often, I am hitting the streets corners in Taichung City, Taiwan watching these Taiwanese flipping on this 7 series. I am like wow but it's likely not impossible to own one at a later time or purchasing a customized version with a system satellite for sport TV, internet for all location, oven and refrigerator which is possible. This might scare you which makes it a dream!

"Groundbreaking technologies", wallet draining reliability. Ultimate driving disappointment. BMW totally forgot about their loyal customers who owned and suffered from their N63 Engine. From failed injectors to bad timing chain, fuel pump, vacuum pump, turbos, and valve stem seals. Many of us N63 owners were stranded on the freeway with our kids, because of this "engine malfunction: reduced power" message. we spend more time and money at the dealership, having our BMW in for repair then to actually enjoy driving the car. And then there's this "1 quart every 750 miles is normal" insane oil consumptions, plus "A new battery every oil change". I am an owner of a BMW X6 X50i. With 53k miles, the valve stem seals already failed. I have to add a quart of oil every 250 miles and soon, due to the carbon buildups the engine will eventually fail, so is the catalytic converter. I'm sure I won't be able to pass emission test this year with this burning plastic smell from the exhaust. Then here comes you guys quoted me $20,000 for the repair. A $80,000+ car that only lasted 3 years then you are looking at another $20,000 repair right after your warranty expires. How fucking wonderful. Now you guys came up with this new 7 series with a new revised N63 engine. What about us folks with your failed N63/N63TU? Nah you guys forgot about us. To you guys our moneys are not hard earned. We're just your puppets, your laboratory mice to test your failed engineering. That is why Scott Crockett is hitting you guys with a class action lawsuit on the N63. Will I ever buy another BMW? No, I completely lost my loyalty. Your new "automatic parking system" might malfunction, put a hole in my wall and destroy my house foundation. #HelloFailure

I understand your pain, I had a 2011 F02 with the N63 engine, so many problems the list would resemble yours, I traded it in, 2016 for $25k, the car originally cost, $99,500, BMW Never again!
