Why do we need Any tax increase? Why can't Government lay off some of their overspent budget? Government plays, we pay.

You cannot keep cutting taxes. Personally, I think we should go back to a type of tax code like we had in the early 1900's. Tiered, with increasing taxes for each bracket over certain amounts (which we do have now), however the tax did not cap at 40%. It went all the way up to 99% once you reached above a threshold. That tax code didn't stop the titans of industry from back then from becoming giants, did it? Nope.
