Congratulations on making it to the final video in the Invigorate series! WOW ! You did it! I am so proud of you. An amazing achievement to stick to this program for 10 weeks.

Today, enjoy this video to calm, restore and relax. There are a few stretches at the beginning with a calming and centering meditation at the end. You can do this video any day of the week as a start to your day or as a post-workout recovery stretch.

@@Vanessabhealthtv Hi Vanessa. I have noticed that I am stronger and my tammy is tighter. I think that now is the time for a new challenge with bands or dumbbells to build even more strength and a better range of motion. Thank you again and looking forward for the new series!!!
So proud of myself for having finalised every single day of the program again. Much stronger core, legs and arm, overall more toned. The sessions close to an hour, are a challenge to manage time wise in the morning, but I did it! Now looking forward to your shorter sessions to continue to build and maintain strength. We went for an outdoor walk this sunny morning. After I did first time of cardio hiit workout for week 10 in higher living program. I loved the one minute time blocks with 20 seconds rests. I was mostly with you exception step knee lifts and burpees. I kept stepping with same leg, but got 8 burpees. Transitioned to this relaxing invigorate. Thanks Vanessa 🧘🏻♀️❤️

We just went for an outdoor walk this sunny Monday morning. I completed first time of advanced yoga Pilates for week 12 in higher living program. It went fairly good for first time. Followed it with this fabulous stretch/meditation routine. Thanks Vanessa 🧘🏻♀️❤️

Done. Thanks so much Vanessa. Changes over the 60 workouts (took longer than 60 days), huge improvement in flexibility and upper body strength, some aches and pains resolved, heaps better back strength and posture. Your program is heaps better than other I have done as it balanced front and back, left and right, while others I have done tend to focus on the front. Looking forward to the next challenge

We just took multiple out’s this morning. I just finished the second time on full body band workout for week 10 in higher living program. Followed it with this fantastic stretch & meditation for post workout. Yesterday I had a much needed spa day to relax. Thanks Vanessa ☺️❤️

We just went for an outdoor walk. Then, I did the second time of cardio & strength full body in week 11 of higher living program. It went really good. I was able to do two full plank pushups, and 6 burpees with 4 mountain climbers. I was feeling rather energized this warm Saturday morning. Yesterday, I went for evaluation in physical therapy. It starts next week. Day 60 is a favorite stretch and meditation in the invigorate list. Thanks Vanessa 🧘🏻♀️❤️

Dat 60 invigorate is another favorite post workout meditations. We just went on an outdoor morning walk. Then, I did third time of the cardio strength challenge followed by the Pilates workout for the week 8 In higher living program this Saturday. I was feeling rather energized this morning. We just went on a little over 3/4 mile outdoor walk. Then I did the first time for Pilates workout from week 5 of higher living program followed by re-visiting the 15 minute beginner Pilates workout. Thanks Vanessa 🧘🏻♀️❤️
We just went on an outdoor morning walk. I followed it with second time of yoga flow stretch twice for week 7 in higher living program. Since Saturday here, I liked the yoga flow stretch so much, I wanted to be able to get in three times in week 7. Goal reached. I had a memory burst during meditation. Of barely able to reach shins when reaching for toes when started videos, now going past toes. And not being able to Balance without chair assistance, now balance greatly improved- no chair required. Just finished! I feel great and so proud of myself! In January I was looking for something to help me refocus on my fitness. When I googled "best exercises for post-menopausal women" your channel came up Vanessa. In the past 10 weeks, with careful food choice, portion control and daily exercise, I have lost nearly 15 pounds. But most important I feel better and have improved my strength, flexibility and balance. I am determined to stay motivated and continue exercising. Thank you for your wonderful videos!

We just went on a mile outdoor walk, then two hours in garage cleaning- work in progress, but better. Then I did second time of strength & balance on week 6 in higher living program- much smoother this time; love the sequence from pointer. This is great stretch and meditation for after workout. @@Vanessabhealthtv I felt with adequate potency when I did this program. When I was to play soccer, I experimented a higher recovery, for instance. Also, I took consciens about the different parts of my body and how use them, according your advice and tips. Thank you very much, Vanessa. You was and are present in the quotidiane. No outdoor walk today (raining) or yesterday (weather: 20 degrees) 😢. This morning I just finished the first time of cardio energy workout for week 9 of higher living program. I followed it with day 60 invigorate. Yesterday (my Monday) I did first time of yoga stretch & strength circuit workout for week 9 followed with colour meditation. Loved the stretch before the 3 sets for circuit. Week 9 is a favorite in higher living program. Thanks Vanessa 🧘🏻♀️❤️
Just loved this entire program Vanessa! It has been a very rewarding challenge - I have seen improvements in my tone / strength, range and flexibility. I've saved a mix of my favourite sessions to come back to again and again. Cant wait for your next program!

Just finished second time of advanced yoga Pilates from week 12 of higher living program. It went fairly good and right along with you for it. Followed it with day 60 invigorate; love this session for post workout recovery. No outdoor walk this rainy/slushy/muggy Saturday morning, yet. Possibly later this afternoon when front moves out. I started physical therapy on legs (getting all areas include calf/quads/hips/core twice weekly. I can tell difference in balance, definitely improved. Thanks Vanessa 🧘🏻♀️❤️

I did this after a cardio workout today. Very stressful mess of a week so I'm really trying to keep my adrenals in check.
