What helps is reducing food intake, and locking up electronics when you are in private, and growing your social life. Also, believe 100% in the Houris of the Jannah reserved for the Believers. Also, try to "discipline" yourself after the act by forcing yourself to do a good deed after, for example $5 to charity or 2 extra nafl salat. Keep trying, don't give up, efforts count.
