Hey guys, in this video I travel over to the notorious Binous Gym and visit one of the biggest and best gyms in Dubai. A huge facility this gym is a Bodybuilder's paradise as it has very piece of kit you could ever want and use.
Situated over 4 different rooms every section has plenty of chest, back, legs equipment.
Also they have all the top brands like Hammer Strength, Prime Fitness, Atlantis and Panatta.
A hotbed for many competitive bodybuilders and social media stars this place has a great vibe.
On any given day you may see the RUclips stars like Mike Thurston, Larry Wheels, Oliver Florskin training here.
If you ever get to visit this gym I thoroughly recommenced it however a bit pricey for a day pass of 200 Dir hams which is around £40.
Ladies get to train for free every Thursday so that's something to bear in mind and at time of filming you need to wear masks whilst on the gym floor.
If you ever come to Dubai for the Muscle show then this place is definitely one of the hot spots.

Won't the best gym for long as oxygen is opening a gym soon,you have to check it out when it opens.
Yes I’ve trained at Oxygen Gym in Abu Dhabi amazing gym but totally different vibe. Binous has a lot of females train there which Oxygen don’t allow. That’s goin to be a major drawback for them I think
