Hi, I am a cement dealer since 7 years. U have made a very good video about cement, just a few points I would like to add, when fresh cement comes to our go down, the cement will be hot and warm as its freshly made. Lumps form within 25-40 days if not stored properly and varies across cement brands.

Throw a small quantity of cement in a bucket of water. It should sink and should not float on the surface.

thank you for this excellent video.. can you please kindly answer my query which is how do builders in general charge for individual house construction where they say for e.g. Rs.1800 per sqft
if my building's L*B is 50*30 = 1500 sqft and my GF and FF rooms/kitchen/hall/bathroom/balcony all come to around 1200 (GF) plus 1200 (FF), so will the builder charge for
    1) Building's L * B i.e. 1500sqft * 2 = 3000 * 1800 (rate) OR
    2) GF + FF area which is 1200sqft * 2 = 2400 * 1800 (rate) ?
