I wish this was the state of hearthstone anymore. It makes me smile when a good ol value game happens.
What happened? I'm not too familiar with the current game, is there a toxic card ruining the meta? Or is the game just too fast?

the pirate rogue at the end wasnt running smite for some reason? he would've had lethal with smite + dread corsair and weapon
They cut smite for pirate edwin, smite costing 7 is to high
There’s a general sentiment going around that Smite isn’t worth it at 7, so a lot of people are cutting it. I don’t think it’s correct, so many games against Pirate Rogue Smite is the only thing that could kill me. He makes it very difficult to stabilize at that stage of the game and that is very important for Pirate Rogue. It’s still very good in that deck at 7, it took people a long time to accept that he was good in Pirate Warrior even at 6 but the effect is just that strong.

That Big Priest realized they made a Huge Mistake when you played Rokara and slammed a Neptulon back into their face. Who needs Boom when Rokara is capable of soloing Big Priest?? And here I thought Rokara was kind of weak compared to a lot of the other hero cards from the set. None of them can SOLO Neptulon.
