Ok so NOTHING worked for me UNTIL I FOUND A WAY so STEP 1: Grab a blow drier and plug it in STEP 2: Turn it on low heat
STEP 3: Hover it over the speaker/ headphone jack area for 5 minuets *Make sure the blow drier is on low heat and occasionally turn on the cool air setting* just try and see if it works because this did for me

For me, Q-tip bud dipped in Iso-Propyl Alcohol insertion to headphone jack cleaned it and it started working. I cleaned Ear-Phone also.

When I try to turn the volume up or down it is really delayed. Like I’ll press the button or change it on the control center and it’s delayed for like 5 or 6 seconds
