Some wet olive wood dried in my oven for 8 hours. Turned into an emerging goblet inspired by Yuval Lahav. Imitation is one of the most sincere forms of flattery.
I was sincerely blown away by the shot where you went into slow mo and the shavings flowed over the stem like water. That was epic lol. The finished piece is beautiful my friend. Thank you so much for sharing it is again a pleasure.

Man, you did a fantastic job! That was a gnarly piece of Olive but you made the best of it! And you dang right you have to bolt your lathe down man, one day it's gonna dance out of control!! I know you ain't lazy, so come on, drill that floor and bolt it down! :) Thank again man for taking this project on in my honor!! Yuval.
