- A deliciously simple party snack that can be made using your own cream cheese and cheddar. For those of you who don't eat bacon, just substitute it with vegan bacon bits. For the cream cheese, I used my French Cream Cheese.

You had me at bacon! My favorite recipe is: 1 pound of bacon. Fried.
lmao
Oh my Gavin, this made me so nostalgic for my Grandmother's ( Swedish) cream, cheddar and blue cheese ball rolled in pecans. So Yummy.
Gavin my family and I made the cheesecake this past weekend. It was DELICIOUS!
Great job!
what a wholesome channel
Aside from the fact that this recipe immediately launched itself to the top of my "Going to try this" kitchen list, I love, Love, _LOVE_ that background music!
This looks incredible, and I'm glad you posted it. You certainly have made the process of making delicious cheese at home seem easy and approachable. If I may, another daunting issue pops up, though. I hesitate to start because what would I do with so much of it once i've made it? Do you have, or could you make a tips video for beginners on the logistics of keeping large amounts of cheese, storage tips, shelf life, keeping a wheel you've cracked, and general ways you use up a lot of your cheeses, or what your favorite few are that you've always got on hand. Cheers, Gavin.
Gavin, You had me also at Bacon, but I also love Garlic so I would up that one by at least 3X. Also, I love the new Outro Screen that you are using. Very classy!!!
It just looks delicious, I'll defenitely try it 🖒🖒
This is an awesome recipe. Hope you do more videos like this!

Holycheezits! Thanks for sharing this recipe. This would be good on a baked potato or on some pasta too!!!
Amazing, thanks gavin!
My pleasure!
Outstanding!
Glad you like it!
From Sydney. And if there are folks out there who don't eat bacon they can use turkey bacon from Coles. Me? I do love bacon, I have to say!
Delicious!😉👍
A slice of the roll on top of a nice hot piece of steak would be delicious or the mix stuffed into a chicken breast yum yum yum
Ooh that would be nice. Too bad it is all gone now!
@@GavinWebber you just need to make more
Everything is better with Bacon 😁👍👍👍
Wouldn't last long around here!
Nice!
Thanks!
@@GavinWebber for some reason youtube gave me the notification 1 day later but its still nice!
good day sir! i have a question for a recipe im developing, im making a goat cheesecake with the Sainte-Maure de Touraine AOP do you have any inspirations or tips?
i'm allergic to pecans but i just KNOW that this is delicious!!
You shouldvtry one
My grandmother used to make something like this for the family get-together at Christmastime... and something else that looked a very great deal like it, but was made of marshmallow with candy bits sprinkled on it. Getting one when expecting the other was a shock to the system no matter which way it went down.
Is there any hard aged cheese that i can make without any special equipments like press and cave?
try Bel Paese
Hi Gs
where's the angry Italians saying "fuck you" that i came looking for? anyway. great video
😁✌🖖👌👍😎

Kosher Salt is also known as Sodium Nitrate which some people have an allergy too
Kosher salt is the same as table salt, just bigger pieces. Table, kosher, sea, it's all sodium chloride.
I'm pretty sure Sodium Nitrate is curing salt, or one of the types of curing salt
@@SangosEvilTwin But not commonly used outside of industry.
@@sdspivey true. You gotta be pretty dedicated to curing your meats to pick up sodium nitrate as a hobby
Wait. You used PACKAGED cheese for the shredded cheese? You're telling me you don't have like 50 lbs of spare cheese sitting in your cheese fridge?
Yes, I do have a mountain of cheddar style cheese in the cave. I feel ashamed 😩
That's not bacon, wheres the fat? Fat's the best part.
Be honest, your only here because of emkay
