Glad you're here, but this is not live. It is just a regular upload. I do not do live streams. This was scheduled as a "premiere" but its a pre recorded upload. Thanks for watching.
You're using a Kitchenaid mixer again? Are you still using the other one too...forgot the same of it.? Anyhow, thanks for your great recipes Noreen! Merry Christmas and God bless you and your family.
This video was made today. I still have the Bosch but only use it for bigger jobs. This mixer is one I have had for nearly 20 years. Rick gave it to me our first Christmas together. I had it in the top of my closet for a long time but took it down for smaller jobs that are not bread related. Like this cheeseball and cakes and cookies.

@@noreenskitchenchannel I was curious because I think my Kitchen Aid just can't handle some of the heavier doughs and was thinking of getting a Bosch. Merry Christmas...I need appetizers...lol
Cream cheese will keep a very very long time in the refrigerator. I know people will tell you it’s alright to freeze but it literally says on the package not too. The reason is as I explained in the video. All is not lost however. You can still safely use that cream cheese in sauces or mashed potatoes or in baking like cookies. But not for dips or cheesecakes that are no bake.

Have you ever rolled the cheese 🧀 balls in chopped walnuts, chopped/ground almonds or chopped pistachios? Either of them regular or toasted?
You can do what you like. Toasted or not. Whatever you prefer. We do not really like walnuts.
What happened to your Bosc ?? Or is this from a few years ago?
