I will target both Channel Catfish and Carp during this short summer evening from the bank at a local reservoir. The area I'm targeting on the bank will be next to the marina to demonstrate how to catch these skittish fishes.

If you were fishing Amador or Camanche for catfish, would you employ this method of catfishing or the previous video's method of cutbait?

Also, do you think CDFW would potentially consider this chumming? I have been hesitant to use any of these methods because I can't see what the definition of chumming really is.
