Very informative video. I have to try that sometime with my anchovies. I Always thought that the guts would bring more scent but it makes sense that the cats wouldn’t want something getting stuck in their teeth. It’s like me when I eat trout and there are bones. No thank you I’d rather fillet and take the remaining bones out with pliers. I live in Petaluma and have only fished there 3 times. I was wondering where you park and how far you walk.
For the people saying” why set the hook still”? It was probably out of his habit 😂but forsure true that circle hooks are better for fish to self hook!!! Good shit my man i didnt even know cats in berryesa grew to that size!👌🏼👌🏼
❤I caught a big 5 to 6lb bass there , only reason we don't fish it more is the waves and wind constantly beat ya up, and the heat no trees, I see the families under umbrellas. nice catches
I live in Missouri and you're right, Dowd's Catfish House is right down the road, and they serve deep fried catfish. It's aight.... Closer to the Mississippi, it's more prevalent....
Bro! This channel will blow up soon enough. So underrated with so much info, tips and tricks! Killed it out there!

I hope your narration is a new edition to all your subsequent videos, the text was not working
Where is the spot located? 😊
It's in the title. Just go there and find a spot. You will never know unless you try.
@yyyhj7895 i found a spot. 14 catfish. Three of them were about 14 lbs each.
@@dre2002dre1 congrats man.

“All I have to do is pick up the rod and reel” goes and sets the hook
😅
Watch out for Zodiac when you're reeling them in!
Have you ever fished lake Oroville?
If you like catfish fishing come down here in SoCal we got Blues in San Vincente. I like the audio format. But I'm ok with the texts too.
always looking for your videos but taking away fro the narration but i am a fan of the text
You’re setting the hook no?
What if the Zodiac comes?
Zodiac was active in the 60s, oh my I just realized that’s 60 years ago. If he was 20 years old then he’d be 80 now. He’s most likely passed away.
I never catch any cf under 20lb at berry all fat momas same as Clearlake !
