All other Far Cry games had a more rough and unique culture and world to explore. However I think Far Cry 5 could’ve been better if they tried a more realistic approach.

lIBeastIl It’s an amazing title sequence no doubt. But you people need to understand it’s not just about pretty pictures and cool looking stuff. To make this, it requires knowledge and skills in design, tons of research, ideation and development. Everything has to be planned through storyboarding, a script and previs.
I have to admit Ubisoft is really good at make trailers. Maybe not so good to do proper games, yet... 😄

Very True Detective-style intro. Getting Giancarlo Esposito as the main villain is also a fantastic voice. Not only a great person, but a phenomenal actor who will definitely bring his experience expertly to portraying a Far Cry villain.

I personally wish this game had taken itself a bit more seriously and committed to a darker, grittier tone. Based on this trailer alone, it had incredible potential.
The music sounds like a heavily remixed Far Cry 3 theme which I approve, best Far Cry game along with 2.

This is honestly amazing, if hopelessness and desperation had a sound that just went straight to your gut and made you feel uncomfortable this would be it. Regardless of the game this opening sequence is incredible.

i played fc3 fc primal and fc5 but only a bit of fc4 cause it stopped working after a bit :(fc3 was my favorite

@@smillphy4756 the Natives of Cuba are called Taino, who've been wiped out by the Spanish, much of the weaponry is pretty uninspiring really, bows and arrows, clubs, spears, macanas, etc. The classic Cuban weapon of war is the machete

@@CosmiCat38 Nice, I feel like one of the things that made the game most enjoyable for me were the gear modifiers, changed the game completely. I loved a modifier that let me do machete takedowns on people who have already spotted me.
