@@myAfricanAffairs yes it have something to do with the government if you don't know, is system that needs to put in place to allow individuals who are rich enough to establish business and assist them. In America here how many businesses does the government have just few but, most of them are private and cooperate entities.

How do you expect the government to help you....maybe distribute money to you in your house then you will know that the government is assisting you? There are several private companies doing well in Ghana if you care to know.
