Paul Danso u are very observant paa..when it comes to roads, Nzema's got the best roads in the whole of Ghana..thats a fact..And also when it comes to bigger mansions, they build mansions ruff..Nzema's are very intelligent people in Ghana who are just underrated..Do u know that this maaha resort is owned by nzema man?

Yeah yeah; the owner is the brother the current MP for Ellembele. More facilities are expected to be built around the area as they continue to exploit the gold and gas deposits

@@pauldanso3282 Last year I did a research in Takoradi, went to most of the nice buildings in takoradi..it will shock u to know that 80-90% of all the nice houses in tadi are owned by Nzema's..I didnt believe it untill I did my own research..they are just quiet and doing their own thing..

Oh yeah they are doing the most; I stayed at Esiama for 18months for a project and I really enjoyed my stay. If I get big money biaa ago buy house for there🤲🏾

I’m guessing it’s because of the mangrove forest in there hence EPA will have a keen eye on it. Not saying other rivers aren’t important but probably that’s the reason or there are no minerals in there
