I spend a few days in Gdansk in August 2021. Hands down one of the most beautiful towns I've ever visited!
Thank u!🥰🥰
Can't have been to many places then. Gdansk is incredibly boring and there are a huge amounts of cities in Europe, including in Poland, that are way more beautiful and interesting.
@@LeutnantJoker 30+ counties including US(5 states), Singapore and most counties in Europe. Not too shabby
Cieszę się, że podobało Ci się moje miasto!!!
Gdansk is the first place I visited in Poland with my boyfriend (who is Polish) and fell in love with Poland and its culture. I've been to Warsaw and Krakow too since then and we are now saving to move from England to Poland. It's scary and the language is sooo hard but your videos make me feel like I could move anywhere and make anywhere feel like home.
I’m so glad to hear that ❤️
Happy new year!
Thank you for show us that beautiful city 😍.
Hopefully, i’m gonna be living there the next year, but i’m already in love with Gdańsk.
Greetings from Argentina!
Exciting! Good luck with the move!

Gdansk is so beautiful and such a visual treat. I could not take off my eyes even for a second. Thank you Kaja for taking us along on this trip.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Looks amazing! Beautiful scenery and architecture. That pierogi looks incredible! I ate a heap of dumplings when I lived and worked in HK and China, but that looks really scrumptious.
You are so sweet and I love your sense of humour! Thank you for sharing and welcome to Poland!👌😄🙋💕🐻
Happy New Year of 2022, Miss Kaja.🎉🎍
I hope it will be a better year, and it looks like Gdańsk is a stupendous place to go, even in the snow. ❄️

Very informative video. I know too much to ask but probably if you could have included the cost little more information and would have be helpful. I know cost is subjective but just a thought . Love it thanks
Gdańsk ❤
Oh, you are Polish😄Now I know why I instantly loved your sense of humour!🙋
super city ! actually, Gdansk is not as much known and promoted thant Krakow abroad; are the renovation works in the train station completed ?
@vodkila not yet :-)
not yet, there were many delays and it should be completed by the end of this year!
Great video Kaja! But for those people - and there are many - who say or think that Gdańsk was German, and still call it Danzig, well, here is a Timeline of Gdańsk and Historical affiliations. As you can see, it BEGAN its existence as Polish, followed by numerous invasions and occupations...

why in January?
Hello
Are you polish or Danish? I forgot!
Polish :)
haha, im also confused
8:55 all these colourful tenement houses are modernist blocks with historic facades. Gdańsk is not the same city as it was before the war.

The vid is tooo long…. But cool 😎
I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago. Never saw such a snobbish, rude and unprofessional staff.
So if you could see only 2 cities in Poland, Gdansk is your city!
Your view is caused by WW2.Poland was very destroyed
It's not Gdańsk, it's Danzig. The city was built by Danzigers, current inhabitants are merely late colonizers.
You should study history better, because you don't know it at all. Gdańsk is Gdańsk.
Out of over 1,000 years of existence, Gdańsk 146 years belonged to the Teutonic Knights, 126 to Prussia and the German Reich, and 26 years were formally a "Free City". Together this adds up to 298 years.
❤For the remaining 700 years it was Polish city or city closely linked to Poland.❤
