My brother was trying to give me money and entered his debit card into the cash app. (The balance was there and when i hit cash out i did not recieve anything deposited into my bank account, I think the money was being deposited right back into his bank card due to it being the only debit card present.) Must i have my bank debit card entered in the cash app as well in order for it to be sent into my bank account. This happened to me, I do not know how they did it, but I was able to get my money back by making a dispute with my bank. on my bank statement it gave a name and a phone number, which I did not know them, so I set up dispute case, the bank blocked my debit card also, got a new one, there are lots of scammers out there, beware! I did not even have a cash app set up on my phone at the time. But I had ordered something online, so someone got my debit card number and accessed my bank account this way, using a fake cash app. So I no longer trust buying online, or cash apps,or online banking using devises like tablets or cell phones.

Yes it does unless you have your bank account set up on your cash app in which when someone sends you money it will go into your bank account.
