Now that we all have technically pitched in to buy one share, we can finally cash out? (assume the stock went up 1%) And that means I get $1.01, person A gets $5.05, and person B gets $4.04? But if I wanted to, could i still leave my money in for it to potentially grow more? Then would I have to wait for my $1 pitch turn into a complete share again if Person A or B cashes out?

You cant buy and sell the same stock more than 3 times a week. That's called Pattern Day Trader Rule. It's suppose to be a safe guard protecting new investors. Now you can by pass this by having an account over $25,000. Of course you won't be able to do this on cash app but if you were on TD Ameritrade think or swim you could.

Question: Say stock A costs $10. They offer fractional shares, so I pay $1, person A pays $5 the next day and person B pays $4 the next day. Now that we all have technically pitched in to buy one share, we can finally cash out? (assume the stock went up 1%) And that means I get $1.01, person A gets $5.05, and person B gets $4.04? But if I wanted to, could i still leave my money in for it to potentially grow more? Then would I have to wait for my $1 pitch turn into a complete share again if Person A or B cashes out?

Now you can by pass this by having an account over $25,000. Of course you won't be able to do this on cash app but if you were on TD Ameritrade think or swim you could.
