    Brings back memories. My Norwegian friend used ham water to boil them in, then served with butter. A little goes a long way because they are heavy.

    Potet klubb are THE BEST next morning! Cut the dumplings into bite sized cubes, put in cast iron pan with butter and cream. Cook on medium heat for a few minutes, stir constantly, until a gravy forms.
